We have opened up the throttle on the project and things are moving along at a very fast past. We have: poured the concrete sidewalks, paved the two parking lots, trimmed out and painted the taproom, tiled the bathrooms and bar, fired up the coolers and glycol chiller, installed the front doors, finished the beautiful HVAC, installed the bathroom stall partitions and toilets, replaced most windows, received 4000 750ml bottles, glassware and growlers, submitted our can and bottle labels for approval, ordered kegs caps and collars, ordered our t-shirts and merch, finalized our tap handle order, finalized our exterior signage, received 2000 lbs of hops 12,000 lbs of malt, foraged for ingredients and yeast at our besties place Stone Bend Farmsk, received our New York State liquor license, and most importantly have started to BREW A LOT OF BIERE! ...whats left?! holy, a lot lot lot. but an announcement will be coming as soon as we get our certificate of occupancy. We are humbled by all of the daily interest and can't wait to meet everyone! now where did i put my coffee?
