Our primary focus at Buried Acorn will lie on the wild side of the spectrum. Funk Wrangler Timothy Lucien Shore has spent over a decade studying the world of mixed-fermentation Wild Ales through both industry experience and years of home brewing.
Once open, you can expect our taproom to feature 16 draft lines pouring Barrel-Aged mixed-fermentation sour Ales, classic and long-forgotten Farmhouse styles, as well as some monogamous hopped up offerings.
