We specialize in Barrel-Aged Sour and Farmhouse Beer, but don't worry hop heads, you will get some love too.

Our primary focus at Buried Acorn will lie on the wild side of the spectrum. Funk Wrangler Timothy Lucien Shore has spent over a decade studying the world of mixed-fermentation Wild Ales through both industry experience and years of home brewing.
Our taproom features 16 draft lines pouring Barrel-Aged mixed-fermentation sour Ales, classic and long-forgotten Farmhouse styles, as well as some monogamous hopped up offerings.
